Technical description:

The hull is made of four layers of rot-proof acacia wood, impregnated with epoxy resin (West System).

The exterior of the hull is protected by a thick layer of epoxy resin with fiber.

The hull is four centimeters thick. The maintenance of the hull is the same as that of a polyester hull. The frame is made of laminated glued acacia wood. The deck and roof are covered with teak-type wooden slats fixed to a waterproof layer of polyester reinforced with fiber.

 

The superstructure of the boat is protected with two-component polyurethane paint (MapYachting PU77), which requires the same maintenance as polyester. The interior of the boat is finished with walnut cabinets varnished in the style of the 19th century, with polished brass fittings.

 

Equipment: The sanitary equipment includes 220 V devices (water pressure booster, water heater, lifting pump, WC grinder). These devices are managed by a computer that switches the installation to batteries as soon as we leave the port.
