We are selling immediately to a new investor, including already thirteen rented weeks, interesting for an owner who only wants to use it a few weeks a year and rents the ship during the other time to generate operating and maintenance costs. The ship has a permanent place in our charter fleet and is already rented for 13 weeks in 2025. These earnings will of course go to the new buyer! The Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.0 AC is powered by a powerful and very quiet Volvo D3 and is equipped with an electric bow and stern thruster. The excellent sailing characteristics make driving and maneuvering this yacht a great pleasure. Once you are familiar with the yacht, you will find it very easy to operate.
The yacht is equipped with a complete navigation package from the renowned brand Raymarine. The Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.0 AC, the stylish space miracle from Linssen Yachts. The interior is made of high-quality HPL. With a length of 40 feet, this Linssen type offers no less than three sleeping cabins and fixed beds for six adults. In addition, the Easy-Sleeping system in the salon can be quickly transformed into a comfortable additional double bed with slatted frame. The yacht has two showers, two bathrooms each with an electric toilet. The bathroom near the front cabin can be accessed from two sides, from the front cabin and from the cabin opposite the bathroom, ensuring complete privacy.
The upward folding stairs to the fore cabin offer plenty of storage space and are an ideal space, for example, for a wine lover. The cabins and bathrooms are equipped with portholes and hatches that provide plenty of light and fresh air in the living areas. Noteworthy is the large storage space on this yacht. Spacious closets and generous drawers under the bed provide even more storage space. The layout in the salon is practical, and from every position, you have a good view outside. The elevated kitchen also allows for plenty of light. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner gas stove and a gas oven.
The yacht has always been maintained by a professional company, and the service records are signed. The complete ship and kitchen equipment as well as the decoration can be taken over.
On the aft deck, there is a comfortable, ergonomic steering seat that is adjustable. A spacious corner bench with an original Linssen cushion set and a divisible teak table with beautiful, high-gloss stainless steel legs make the aft deck a nice place to spend time with the entire crew. If you want extras on this beautiful motor yacht, it is possible to have them carried out at the handover in our shipyard.
