This chic and well-protected marina is one of the best-known in Spain, and in providing berths up to 50m, attracts the world¿s formost yachts. 380V electricity, satellite TV and telephone connections are available on all berths over 15m. Andalusian-style buildings line the entire length and breadth of the marina with sea-view residences, dozens of trendy boutiques, restaurants of many varieties, bars and nightclubs, which can make it somewhat overwhelming. With all the buildings crowding around the quays and the noise level on summer nights, it is not exactly the place to find a bit of peace and quiet. Commercial premises include brokerage and charter agencies, as well as chandlers. All types of yacht repairs are available from the full service yard. The magnificent Club de Mar organises regattas and operates a sailing school. Banus central location makes it close to many golf courses, restaurants and beaches.
