The yearly contribution to the operating costs per share is budgeted to be £56,000 inc tax which covers:
Maintenance of ownership structure Statutory charges (tonnage tax, renewal of registration certificates, cruising permit, safety certificates etc.) Yearly haul-out, antifouling etc. Yacht insurances (yacht, Protection and Indemnity (P&I), team welfare and legal costs) Mooring fees at home seaport (Port Adriano or Portals, Mallorca) Salary and related expenses for qualified Captain and Stewardess (uniform, training, travel etc.) Turn-around service Communication Scheduled/daily service and service of yacht and machinery Frequent minor repairs and/or replacement due to standard tear/wear/handling.
