Construction

GRP manufactured yacht with a heavy layup. Built in Taiwan by Kha Shing Enterprises in 1986.
Semi displacement body with a gust of 1.27M. Moulded spray strakes and long keel increase manoeuvrability.
White painted body and topsides with navy blue cove line. Moulded rub rails with brass inserts. Teak grate bathing floor at the rear. Dolphin nose mainstay roller and mount at the head. Rear access ladder. Stainless steel guardrails completely encircle the vessel. Side access gates seaport and starboard.
Raised aft deck laid in teak with fresh teak furniture. GRP half-height wind dodgers.
Electric rear line windlasses seaport and starboard with foot pedals. Stainless steel rope bollards and fairleads. 
Step access to upper helm. Teak laid upper helm sole. Seating areas to starboard.
Raised dinghy deck with chocks. Electric winch crane for raising and lowering support. Storage area beneath the forward helm.
Teak laid side decks allow easy access seaport and starboard. Raised accommodation deck suitable for sunbathing.
Horizontal electric mainstay windlass with rope and chain gypsies. Stainless steel mooring bollards and fairleads.
Wheelhouse structure with a sliding side access door to the helm on the starboard side.
Glazed side and head windows let in lots of natural beam. Deck mounted filler points for gasoline and water.

Mechanicals

Engines 
Vessel potentialed by pair Caterpillar 3208 inboard diesel engines. The Starboard engine was replaced 2021 and the seaport is original, are both rated as 210hp.
The engines have been well maintained by previous and present owners.
The last assistance was 2021.
Engine bay can be accessed at either side of bar for daily checks. Major servicing involves lifting the bar floor.
Engine start panel at the lower helm with full gauges and instruments. 
Bow Thruster replaced with more potentialful group 2022 
Reduction gearboxes driving stainless steel shafts and 4-bladed bronze propellers.
Rope cutters.
Electrical
12/220V system onboard providing domestic and engine potential.
Batteries recharged via engine alternator and onboard charger charger.
6 batteries at 110 amp and one extra 5 replaced in 2022 
 
Gemini VW diesel 15Kw generator which will run most of the systems on board
when at mainstay.
New in 2022 4 kw inverter 
New in 2022 50amp Sterling charger charger. 
Tankage 
There are two main gasoline basins seaport and starboard of engine bay.
Each holds 1,225 litres and is prefiltered before reaching the engines. There is a 470-litre reserve basin for emergencies.
The vessel consumes 4.5 Litres per mile at cruising. This gives a reserve diameter of 620 miles.
Water System
Pressurized hot and chilly water system.
2x Water basins.
New is 2022 Immersion water heater and hot water basin. 
 

Accommodation

As you would expect from a vessel built in the Far East, the joinery, cabinetwork and materials are of high condition.
The inside is a combination of solid teak and veneers with solid wood doors, furniture surrounds, and frames all taps, powder compartment fittings replaced. The layout is as follows:
Wheelhouse:
Entered from either the sliding door at the helm or glazed door from aft deck. Storage beneath 3 step.
Saloon accommodation area to seaport with fresh sofas and chairs 
Opposite is a sideboard type cabinet
Double helm chair to starboard.
Chart area.12V beams with shades mounted at each corner. Teak handles mounted on the roof. Fully curtained.
Lower helm with traditional spoked wheel direction and engine instrumentation. Electronic direction aids.
Galley 
The Galley situated aft of the bar right across the vessel which provides compartment for all mod cons 
The galley special a 4-burner induction hob fresh 2022 with microwave oven and Ninja oven.
Stainless steel sink with hot and chilly mixer tap.
