For sale is a Lipari 41 Maestro Oceanique version (price is incl. VAT). This Maestro layout offers a complete owner's suite with a spacious toilet and a separate shower in the starboard hull, equipped with electr. toilet and waste water tank. The port hull has 2 guest cabins, a toilet and a shower, also with waste water tank and manual WC. The antifouling on the hulls and saildrives was renewed in September 2022, with Seajet Shogun and will last approx. 3 years. Power is provided by a Victron Multiplus 12/3000/120, along with the associated Victron controller and 550 AH AGM batteries and 100 AH lithium batteries. The batteries are charged by a total of 620 W solar panels and a 450 W Rutland 1200 wind generator or, of course, by the BB engine or via shore power. A complete set from Raymarine is installed for steering and navigation: GPS plotter, autopilot, radar, wind indicator. Also available are of course: AIS Seatrace R, log, depth gauge, compass, radio permanently installed, handheld radio, radio and EPIRP with new battery from 2021. In addition to the mainsail and genoa, there is also a code zero on a furling reef and an asymmetric spinnaker with recovery hose. The two engines are from Volvo Penta, each with 30 hp and 1500 h operating time. Two-bladed Flex-O-Fold folding propellers are fitted, and the rubber seals on the saildrives were replaced in 2020. The 25 kg Vulcan Rocna anchor, with 60 m chain, 10 mm, can be operated via the electric windlass both at the anchor locker and at the helm. The winch for setting the mainsail is also electric. To store a lot of provisions, there is a large refrigerator and an additional 90-litre freezer. In addition to the gas cooker and gas oven, there is also a microwave. The water maker, a Splash 25, is installed but not in operation. The corresponding new membrane and new filters are in place. For the cooler days there are two diesel heaters, one in each hull, providing hot air to the cabins as well as the galley. On deck there is a hot and cold water shower and there is a seawater pressure pump for rinsing the anchor and chain. An additional second fresh water pump is installed to ensure a reliable supply of fresh water should the first one fail. The dinghy is a Highfield 290 with a Honda 10 hp 4-stroke outboard. The life raft for 4 persons came on board newly in 2022.
The catamaran is moored in the Almerimar Marina.
Optional: There is a diving compressor from Bauer, PE-100 TB, with 4-stroke engine, new and unused so far and a total of 5 steel diving tanks (4x 12 l / 1x 15 l) on board, which can be purchased separately if desired.
