GRP body with solid glass laminate, pressure-fed impregnation which is hand-laid with vinylester resin (The laminate thickens progressively from the sheer line to the foot of the keel)
Decks are manufactured using a resin-based, medium-density polyester core instead of foam or balsa
The body & deck were issued a 10-year limited guarantee from build
Copper coated underwater profile applied 2007 & 'topped up' 2019
Ivory Vinylester gelcoat finish to the body & deck
Hull joint fastened by 1/4 inch stainless steel bolts, washers & lock nuts on 6-inch centres
