An immaculately presented example of the Bavaria 36 'Infinity' was commissioned by her previous owner to a specification which includes the extra deep fin keel and in-mast furling. Infinity has been fastidiously maintained which shows in her condition and equipment. Fitted out below decks with lots of solid mahogany joinery work and spotless upholstery accommodation for a crew of 6 is offered in comfort over 2 separate cabins. On deck the boat has a spacious cockpit for alfresco entertaining and with all lines lead aft she is ideally set up for short handed sailing. Reluctantly offered for sale due to an aging owner she comes with a comprehensive inventory which includes tender, outboard, davits, B&G Vulcan Chart-plotter, Webasto heating, electric windlass and more.

On Deck

The deck, coachroof and cockpit moulding is finished white gelcoat with the basic blue Bavaria type stripes along the coachroof and moulded in non-slip pattern panels.
With the Eletctric Anchor Windlass (2018) mounted within the large foredeck chain safe the deck forward is clear of obstructions. The deck stepped mast is stepped on the coachroof with halyard for both the mainsail and genoa retained at the mast while all other control lines are lead aft, the mainsheet track bridges the hatch garage just forward of the sprayhood. Mainsail and Genoa halyard replaced in 2021. Access aft to the cockpit is good with wide side decks free of obstructions; a grabrail runs the full range of the coachroof and guardwires provide additional security outboard. Guardrails replaced in 2018 and Guardrail gates added.
Generously proseaportioned for a yacht of this dimensions the cockpit is well laid out providing a safe haven for team when on passage and with the laid teak decking chairs and sole has a very classic visual appeal. Well protected by the sprayhood and moulded coamings while also providing a great outdoor living space in which to relax at the end of a long day; the full cockpit tent allows this space to be utilised regardless of weather. The binncale mounted wheel is located well aft keeping the main cockpit space free from obstructions. Plotter and instrument displays are mounted on a binnacle pod easily viewable by the helmsman. All lines are lead aft to banks of jammers on the seaport and starboard sides of the companionway. Storage is provided in two large cockpit safes seaport and starboard while a apart self draining safe is provided for gasoline bottles. Davits are located on the transom for support stowage.
