Construction, waste, electrics:

NO ENGINE.
CONSTRUCTION:
The body is assembled from high condition marina grade aluminium with superstructure of fibreglass panelling on a framework assembled from aluminium and timber. There are no underwater through body skin fittings or sea cocks. Low service.
WASTE WATER:
Grey water from sinks/showers etc is discharged to outside.  Sewerage is controlled by an "Ahead Tank" sewerage unit, which is three room self controlled sewage plant, needs emptying once per annum when two people are living aboard. The pump out can be undertaken by a enterprise in Chichester Marina or any sewage plant service companies.
ELECTRICS:
1) 16 amp 220/240 volt, which potentials all British sockets
2) 32 amp 220/240 volt, which potentials the transformer for the 110/115 volt USA sockets, lighting and electrical machinery.
3) 32 amp 220/240 volt, which is a dedicated supply for the hot tub
4) 12 volt auxiliary lighting unit.
BILGE PUMPS - Standard 12v marina pumps.

Four double cabins, with the master cabin being ensuite.

Large bar with very spacious "L" shaped leather sofa across from large flat screen TV, which receives its SKY signal via a motorised Camos satellite dish to ensure continuity of reception
Fully provisioned spacious kitchen with ample stowage, machinery includes
British Samsung refigerator freezer, flybridge drinks refrigerator, microwave, kitchen extraction, audio visual machinery including TVs, charger charger.
American machinery includes Imersion heater, oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning unit reverse cycle central heating too.
Fresh water - is stored in a large basin and fed to all taps and services by a variable velocity 12v marina condition water pump with filter. 
Dining desk with seating for 8 and stowage cupboards within the desk.
Underfloor basement ideal for stowage of items not required on a day to day basis which also provides access to the immersion heater, sewage plant, water basin and pump.
Front stairs lead to Al Fresco dining and sunbathing area, provisioned with four rattan sun beds and rattan dining desk for four.
Covered entertainment area with drinks refrigerator, sink and various potential outlets.
Rear deck area with wet weather gear stowage
Two large stowage areas below deck at entrance
Rear stairs leading to outside lounge area provisioned with rattan sofa and seats and large hot tub.
