Advertiser's comments

Built of teak on oak frames by McLean of Renfrew, this 1941 Admiralty Lifeboat has been converted into a small cruiser with accommodation for four. Forward twin or double cabin and the saloon seating can convert to a double berth. Perkins 42hp diesel engine installed 2014 (manufactured 1977, ex MOD spare and not used), and has since completed over 700 hours. This five and a half ton Admiralty Lifeboat can cruise at 6 knots with diesel consumption of 4.2 litres per hour. Exceptional boat for £7,000 and a reasonable offer will be considered.
