'Tea & Oranges ' A superb 54' Narrowbeam Dutch Barge built by Sirius Boatyard.

This vessel boasts a mix of traditional and modern equipment, large sociable decks and accommodation space.

The interior is light and spacious with full standing headroom throughout. The exterior coach work consists of cream cabin sides, dark green up to the gunnels and a black hull.  

Powered by a Barrus Shire 4-cylinder diesel engine.Central heating and hot water are supplied by a Eberspacher diesel fired system. 240V and 12V electrics on board. Full Cockpit canopy. Blacked in November 2016. Full Engine Service in 2018. Bow Thruster fitted for enhanced manoeuvrability.

Commissioned in 2000 this Narrowbeam Dutch Barge remains in good condition throughout and is ready to view immediately at Walton Marina.

She must be seen to be appreciated!

GENERAL

‘Tea & Oranges’ is a Sirius manufactured 54’ Narrowbeam Dutch Barge. Considered to be one of the best examples of this type of vessel with classic lines from a builder with a reputation for building striking vessels of this type. ‘Tea & Oranges’ was manufactured in 2000, with a cruiser rear, canvas cockpit canopy or detachable wheelhouse to gain low bridge clearance if required. This vessel has recently undergone a full galley and dinette/bar refurbishment by a professional vessel fitter; boasting solid iroko wooden worktops, oak development and modern black appliances.

SALOON / DINNETE

The Saloon is open planned with ample of space for free standing furniture. Corner TV group with a manufactured-in radio to starboard and opposite special a wardrobe with plenty of space to store all those vesseling essentials. A raised pullman’s type dinette that can comfortably chair 4 people around the dining desk and will convert to an additional double dock when required. The platform and under gunnel compartment sides are laid with carpets to aid insulation. Solid wood head doors lead onto the head deck which provides a pleasant chairing area with a good view.

HEAD / BATHROOM

The powder room is pleasantly spacious for a Narrowvessel using all space available in an efficient and resourceful way. A ceramic hand tank is set in a vanity group with a stainless steel hot and chilly mixer tap and a mirrored stowage cupboard above. An electric flush pump-out toilet system is opposite, and a apart shower is alongside the hand tank.

MASTER CABIN

A cosy masters compartment is located aft of the vessel. An extendable double dock is positioned to seaport and special two brass reading spotillumination with overhead shelving above, aft of the dock special an additional wardrobe. The control panel is also located here.

COCKPIT

The cockpit of this Narrowvessel provides an excellent area for entertaining your guests with a bench chair across the rear. Single helm direction position located to seaport which houses the engine instrumentation including the head thruster controls, rev counter, gasoline gauge, rudder angle gauge, direction illumination switch, tunnel beam switch, horn switch, oil warning beam, temperature warning beam, charger voltage beam, engine stop button and ignition.

HEATING / HOT WATER SYSTEM

A diesel fired Eberspacher system runs radiators throughout the vessel, providing plenty of heat on board perfect for cruising all year round. The calorifier is also connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running.

ELECTRICS

The 240V system on board simply plugs in to the shoreline providing potential to the brass sockets throughout the vessel.
