Great Escape is tailored with a Yanmar 4LH 110 hp marina diesel engine, last serviced in 2021, with a fixed three bladed propeller on a traditional shaft navigate. The sound proofing for the equipment space is excellent and the 2 gasoline tanks give a total gasoline seating of 700 litres.

Construction

Constructed of solid GRP laminates throughout with cockpit accommodation, sole and transom steps finished in caulked teak planking. The ballast keel is 4.6 tons of lead.

Accommodation and layout

The boat has a three dock compartment forward, galley midships with double dock compartment opposite, steps up to deck bar and steps down to aft compartment. Heads with shower facilities are located forward and also located aft ensuite with the aft compartment.
Predominantly finished in condition hardwoods the accommodation is commodious and very spacious, the teak and holly sole boards have been protected over the years by sections of tailored carpet and remain in very good condition.
She has a pressurised hot and chilly new water unit fed from a tankage of around 700 litres. the galley has a built in microwave oven, a gimballed gasoline stove and a large refigerator - freezer. an additional refrigerator is installed on the starboard side of the deck bar.
