Lagoon 450 s

"MANATEA" is a LAGOON 450 S an owner's version (1st owner). This "SporTop" version has a semi-flybridge helm station, optionally equipped with a rigid bimini on the helm station, which provides total comfort of navigation protected from rain, cold and spray. All maneuvers in a reduced number of crew are done from the helm station thanks to 3 electric winches. The rigging is lowered compared to the FlyBridge version, which significantly reduces pitching and gives easier access to the boom. A hull entirely dedicated to the owner with a ton of storage spaces and a very spacious and comfortable bathroom. Many options have been added on this unit such as : Diesel heater, washing machine with dryer, electronic pack B&G 2017 with Zeus 12" screen, TV led 32" on elevator in saloon, battery bank 6 x 140A gel.  Yanmar 57HP engines, main sail with horn, furling genoa, electric winches.  Nearly 1000 watts of solar panels ensure perfect energy autonomy, supplemented if necessary by an ONAN generator of 4kVa. A gennaker (code 0) in D4 on furler will allow you to make efficient and fast navigations. This splendid unit has been meticulously maintained by its owners, who after 3 beautiful years enjoying sailing between the Mediterranean sea and French Polynesia (most of the time only 2 of them), to give the opportunity to new lucky owners to enjoy this magnificent LAGOON 450S which is in a near new condition. A 3.4m HIGFIELD dinghy with a 20hp Honda engine is also provided. MANATEA entered Polynesia in 2021, and can therefore sail for another year in Polynesia under the temporary import status. Cette version « SporTop » dispose d’un poste de barre en semi-flybridge, équipé en option d’un bimini rigide sur le poste de barre, ce qui lui procure un confort total de navigation à l’abri de la pluie, du froid et des embruns. Toutes les manœuvres en équipage réduit s’effectuent depuis le poste de barre grâce à 3 winches électriques. Le gréement est abaissé par rapport à la version FlyBridge, ce qui réduit nettement le tangage et donne un accès plus aisé à la bôme. Une coque entièrement dédiée au propriétaire avec une multitude de rangements et un salle de bains très spacieuse. Beaucoup d’options ont été rajoutées sur cette unité telles que : Chauffage diésel, lave-linge séchant, pack électronique B&G 2017 avec écran Zeus 12" , TV led 32" sur ascenseur dans carré, batteries services 6 x 140A au gel.  Moteurs Yanmar 57CV, grand voile à corne, génois sur enrouleur, winchs électriques.  Près de 1000 watts de panneaux solaires assurent une parfaite autonomie en énergie, complétée au besoin par une génératrice ONAN de 4kVa. Un gennaker (code 0) en D4 sur emmagasineur vous permettra de faire des navigations efficaces et rapides sur un grand nombres d’allures. Cette splendide unité a été méticuleusement entretenue par leurs propriétaires, qui après 3 belles années de navigation entre la Méditérannée et la Polynésie (la plupart du temps à 2), ont décidé de passer le flambeau et permettre à de nouveaux chanceux de profiter de ce magnifique LAGOON 450S qui se trouve dans un état proche du neuf. Une annexe HIGFIELD de 3,4m et son moteur Honda de 20cv l’accompagne.   MANATEA est entrée en Polynésie en 2021, et peux donc encore naviguer une année en Polynésie
