The elegant lines and non-extreme parameters of Christoph Rassy and Olle Enderlein project make Hallberg Rassy 312, one of the most appreciated hull for its marine qualities. Built in about 700 models from 1979 to 1993, the H-R 312 is characterized by classic lines, with a semi-long keel, medium-high displacement, long bow and vertical stern that does not fear the harsh sea and keeps its course well; with weak winds, however, it suffers a little. It is in fiberglass with a PVC sandwich deck covered with teak, it has a narrow but deep cockpit with a high mainsail traverse between the benches. The interiors are in mahogany, welcoming but not too bright, with the sink and chart table in line with the slope. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The MKII version, produced since 1986, has larger hatches and interiors and a quarter berth. She is in excellent condition and updated over the years, Only the teak on the deck needs at least several repairs and total replacement of the black rubber. The teak in the cockpit is perfect, probably it was replaced over the years. Also the teak around the wale is very good, it needs only to be smoothed with sandpaper. Last Works Performed 2021:
