Accommodation

This River Pod 35 deals one central double dock in the aft bedroom with full stowage beneath. There is a diameter of wardrobes and bedside cabinets that provides additional stowage space.  The aft bedroom is extremely beam and airy due to the double aspect large double glazed windows.
Aft of the bedroom is a large quantity room that has a large walk-in shower, white sink with white vanity group with pressurised hot and chilly water. The quantity room also houses the vessels washing machine.
Aft of the quantity and to seaport is the L-shaped galley that has modern appliances including a  four-burner ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven and grill, large 240V fridge/freezer. The galley has lots of low and high-level stowage cupboards and work surfaces. There is a large stainless steel sink with hot and chilly water.
Aft of the galley is the bar with a large three-seater settee facing a TV cabinet that has a large TV and CD Player.
The galley and bar are very beam with opening double glazed windows on both the seaport and starboard sides. The lounge, quantity and bedroom have electric heaters that keep the housevessel very cosy. 
Aft of the bar is a set of double glazed patio doors that open on to the covered cedar-clad deck area that can accommodate two chairs and a desk. 
The current dock deals a large open planned garden area with desk and chairs, room for a shed and access to a communal garden and bbq area as well as dedicated secure car parking and gated entrance. 

Electrical Systems

This housevessel has a permanent 240v sand potential supply with a dedicated metre. There is a 240v ring main with basic UK sockets in each room and connections for the 240V hob/oven and extractor fan and electric heaters.

History and Construction

This River Pod was manufactured in 2018 and has a floating system made from HDPE, which is beamweight yet super-strong. It is recycled and super buoyant. It comes with a 125-year assurance. Oxygen, salt and water do not affect HDPE; it is not affected by the ravages of time. It does not need to be painted or anti-fouled. The River Pod floatation system will never need to be removed from the water for service or cleaning, unlike all other vessel hulls. HDPE deals zero corrosion and thus, zero service.
This River Pod has recycled all-round insulation; this includes 100mm in the platform, 125mm in the walls and 300mm in the ceiling. This River Pod also has heat-retaining double glazed windows and doors. This housevessel is fully insulated, keeping you cosy in the winter months and cool in the summer months! 
The exterior of this  River Pod s clad in natural cedar wood with a cedar wood decking at the main entrance.  The River Pod housevessel is manufactured in the UK and is unique, and no two  River Pods ever look identical!
