The topside laminate incorporates a high-tech, balsa-cored, E-Glass/Carbon sandwich above the waterline, for additional strength, stiffness and insulation.
Below the waterline, the body features a monolithic (single-skin) composite laminate, with an Aramid/Kevlar layer, reinforced with a matrix of stringers and floors. Combined with BS1088 basic marina-ply structural bulkquantity, this produces a robust structure, with excellent strength to weight qualities and proven longevity.
