Naval architects Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot Prevost based their design of the Lagoon 440 on the latest long-range cruising multibody technological developments. Even at first glance, it is apparent that care has been taken in the aesthetic and functional design of the yacht: on deck, the coachroof lines are long and elegant, the forms are dynamic, spaces are cleverly pre-owned, ergonomics are optimal.

Construction The structure of the roof and the bodys is made by infusion and vacuum injection, a
process that provides weight gain, higher condition of the composite and good
environmental protection. The furniture is assembled by Lagoon in a high-tech
compartmentet shop provisioned with numerical control machines with computerised identification
of the elements and pre-assembly. All the furniture panels are made of Alpi®
reconstituted wood, an ecologically responsible choice that allows for a wide variety of
shapes with a high-end hand finish.
