MAXI 34 Sloop built in 1998. GRP hull, epoxied and copper coated, fin/wing keel, 2019 Volvo 30HP diesel inboard engine that is still under warranty until 2024, only 387.5 hours, main and genoa Arun Sails 2009, cruising chute and Gib One Sails 2012, electric anchor windlass, new interior curtains 2019, 7 berths, gas twin burner cooker with oven and grill, fridge/freezer, seperate w.c. compartment with shower, full instrumentation inc. compass, echo sounder, speed, depth, wind, autopilot, GPS, radar and new AIS installed in 2022 see under Inventory for full list.  Brief summary of her Owner's history: I have just sailed 'Misty' the 700 miles from the Baltic to the Solent, and, after a short period of pampering and polishing, she is ready now to sail away again with a new cruising family. "From 2008 she cruised Solent, S.W. Coast, English Channel, L'Aberwrach in Brittany and Calais in the East, the Channel Isles, South coast from Scilly Isles to Folkstone. 2018 she cruised to The Netherlands delta, cruising through Holland & Amsterdam. Sailed the Baltic to Poland, Danish archipelago, over wintered 2019/20 under cover in Burgstaaken. 2020 sailed German waters with a voyage along the North Eastern Coast. She was laid up in a heated shed mid September 2020 until May 2022 when pandemic died down.  She is an excellent coastal cruiser and well capable of short sea voyages - English Channel, Celtic Sea, North Sea, Baltic. We have generally cruised her with up to four adults comfortably aboard, or with a couple with three youngsters. Depending on usage she has sufficient fresh water to support this crew for 3 days, and domestic battery capacity for three days between charging and domestic gas is sufficient to last a month. The stern platform is ideal for supporting swimming and dinghies, with davits for an inflatable. The powerful engine is nearly new and under warranty.
