Accommodation

Two double docks and two single docks, in the forward compartment, mid-ships compartment and bar. Good headroom throughout (approx. 6ft 6in maximum). Forward compartment with offset double dock, safe, and shelving.
Aft to galley: The galley has a fresh Dometic 2-burner hob gasoline cooker with grill and oven. plus, one and a half sinks fresh taps and plenty of stowage. There is a fresh front-loading refigerator Hot and chilly pressurised freshwater unit throughout heated via engine calorifier and fresh immersion heater and basin. Opposite the galley the bar desk can be converted to a double dock.
Heads compartment: Aft of the galley the quantity compartment has a marina toilet, wash basin and shower.
Upstairs to the bar: On the starboard side of the bar is a generous settee makes a very comfordesk dock The inside helm position is to seaport with all engines, direction and 12/240V units plus a great helm chair. Aft of the helm chair is stowage and access to the double "patio" style doors to the aft deck. This motorvessel is not had the diesel heating tailored it brand fresh in the box ready to be tailored. the cushioning is beige in the upper bar, and blue below. It is tailored with a brand-fresh Fusion sound unit. TV requires fitting. Free standing refigerator.
Aft deck: Has U shaped chairs. The whole area is enclosed with a full brand-fresh canopy for the inclement weather. Large stowage below the bar platform. Steel/teak ladder to the Flybridge, with brand fresh cover.
Flybridge: This has all engine controls and direction machinery repeated from below. Double helm chair with L shaped passenger chairing behind.

Mechanical Systems

This Fairline Corniche is potentialed by pair Volvo Penta TAMD41A 200hp turbo diesel engines tailored with shaft navigate to three bladed propellers (Engine hours are 1210 as of January 2023). The engines were last serviced in 2022 by Borstal Marine. CCTV monitor for the engine bay. The fuel basins will require replacing as the seaportside has rusted through, the proprietor estimates £2000 to replace and has a photographic method which can be shared.

Electrical System

This motorvessel is tailored with 4 x 12-volt batteries. 2 x 12 volt domestic, 1 x 12-volt engine start and 1 x 12 volt for the mainstay winch, charging via the alternators sand potential connection, with 240-volt ring mains, fresh immersion heater and basin, and a charger charger.
