Jeanneau Prestige 36.

Accommodation

This Prestige 36 deals six docks in three compartments including the bar. The forward compartment has a large oval central double dock with stowage beneath. There is a large hanging wardrobe with smaller shelved cupboards. The forward compartment is very beam and airy with the opening seaport holes and central deck hatch. 
Aft of the Forward compartment and to seaport is the en-suite quantity with a stainless steel sink with hot and chilly water on a white pedestal with stowage beneath and stowage cupboard above. There is a marina toilet. There is a shower with hot and chilly water.
Opposite the quantity is the midships compartment with two single docks that have stowage beneath and a large hanging safe. This midships compartment because of the seaporthole is also very beam and airy.   
Aft of the quantity is the galley which has pair stainless steel sinks with hot and chilly pressurised water. The water is heated by the engine via a calorifier and also via a 240V immersion heater via sand potential. The galley has a 12V refigerator with a small ice box, microwave and a three burner gasoline hob. The galley has lots of stowage cupboards for food, crockery and cutlery and utensils.
Steps lead you up to the main bar and helm. The bar is very beam and airy and has a U-shaped settee to Starboard with a large desk that drops to make the settee into another double dock. Opposite to seaport is another settee that will comfortably chair two people. The Helm has access to all of the direction instruments and is sbeamly raised so as to provide good visibility of the foredeck. Whilst being very beam the bar because of the cheery wood, cream carpets and Eberspacher diesel compartment heating feels very warm and cosy. 
The bar platform is made up of a number of sections which can easily be lifted to provide good access to the engines for routine checks and service.  
The large patio doors slide stern to provide access to the cockpit which also has a desk and chairs with stowage underneath. There is a large central safe which provides lots of stowage space. The aft cockpit enclosure provides an additional usable space in all weathers. 
From the aft cockpit steps lead up to the flybridge which has two chairs at the helm position and a curved settee which give additional chairing and folds to provide lots of sunbathing areas. The foredeck also deals great sun bathing platform which is enhanced by the sun pad padding that are included.
Access to and from this motorvessel is very easy via the aft teak covered bathing platform. There is a set of retracdesk davits which makes storing and using the dinghy very easy.  

Mechanical Systems

This Jeanneau Prestige 36 has pair Volvo D6 310 HP 6 cylinder turbocharged diesel EDC control engines that have completed approximately 900 hours. Engines were last serviced in 2022 and the proprietor has a good service history. Shaft driven to three blade bronze props. This Jeanneau Prestige 36 will cruise at approximately 20 speed and has a top speed of approximately 30 speed. Trim is adjust by QL cut tabs. It has a 4HP through tunnel bowthruster. It has 2 plastic fuel tanks with a total capacity of 800 litres. 

Electrical Systems

6 x 12 volt batteries (2 x engine + 2 x domestic 2 x bowthruster batteries) charging from alternator and via 240v sand potential unit with ring main, immersion heater and charger charger.
