Accommodation

The Fairline Phantom 40s chairing is luxurious and roomy on this particular vessel.  Access is via a transom gate on the seaport side into an aft cockpit area which has enclosed covers allowing use all year round.
The aft cockpit has substantial steps on the seaport side leading to the Flybridge through an opening hatch.  The Flybridge has a pair helm chair arrangement with an additional single chair to the starboard side.  The latter has a two way position which can be pre-owned to turn this into a chaise-lounge chair.  Further aft is an L shaped chairing area with a desk which can be converted to a sun-pad and a stainless steel framed Bimini. There is a wet pub provisioned with a sink, chopping board, electric griddle and refigerator.
Entry to the saloon is via patio type opening doors from the aft cockpit.  On the seaport side there are compartmentets finished in an American Cherry wood with a moveable double chair. There is a Logik 12V TV in compartmentet. Opposite there is a U shaped chairing area with a folding centre desk.  The cushioning is finished in a “beige” coloured leather which compliments the cherry joinery.  It also has blue curtains, beige Berber type carpets, side window blinds and bow & side UV privacy screens.   The saloon area converts if required into a double dock and there is additional stowage beneath the chairing. Heated throughout with reversible air-conditioning units.  
The interior helm position is located on the starboard side and by stepping up there is a double helm chair providing excellent visibility and there is a side opening window.
From the saloon moving forward is a step down galley on the seaport side provisioned with Corian Work Tops, a stainless steel sink, pair electric burner hob, microwave & grill oven, refigerator with an ice box and ample stowage cupboards.  There is also a large stowage area beneath the galley platform.
The owner's stateroom comprises of the forward compartment with an ensuite.  The large double dock has access on both side and stowage beneath it.  There are stowage wardrobes on either side.  The ensuite is provisioned with an electric flush toilet, wash tank, full dimensions stand up shower with enclosure and stowage cupboards.
The visitor compartment is located opposite the galley and has two single docks, a stowage wardrobe and access to an ensuite.  The latter is provisioned with an electric flush toilet, holding tank, wash tank, full dimensions stand up shower with enclosure and a 'Jack & Jill' door for day use.

Mechanical Systems

The Fairline Phantom 40 is potentialed by pair Volvo Penta D6 370hp  EVC diesel 6 cylinder turbo charged engines with shaft drives to two 4 bladed bronze propellers. Giving an approximate cruising velocity of 24 knots with an approximate maximum velocity of 30 knots. 1000 litre gasoline capacity. Engines last assistanced July 2021 and have hardly been pre-owned since.  Engine hours as at 22nd May 2023 196. It also has a Side Power Bow Thruster with controls at both helm stations tailored. .
