Electricity/ Motor Elan 33

Vessel is potentialed by a reliable and economical inboard Yanmar 2GM20. The engine has been well maintained and was reconditioned in 2019. During this process the engine had replacement conrod and pistons as well as the cylinders rebored. She starts easily and runs well. New morse single lever engine control installed in 2019 during the recondition process.
The engine is hopre-owned in a soundproofed room beneath the companionway steps. This allows easy access all round the engine for servicing and service requirements. Reduction gearbox driving stainless steel shaft and 2-bladed folding propeller. 
Bank of 2x12V batteries providing engine start and domestic potential. These are recharged via the engine alternator. There is a shore potential cable which allows a 3-pin/240V extension to be pre-owned when attached to serviced pontoon berths.

Bermudan mast front sloop rig with deck stepped aluminium spars and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging with inboard shrouds and chainplates. This allows unhindered access forward and minimises sail chafe.
Harken roller furling front sail unit. Slab reefing mainsail with smart sail-kote. Sail wardrobe includes a fully battened main, furling genoa with UV, No1 & No2 genoas, storm jib and spinnaker with pole.
Lines led aft to helm via series of mast foot mounted turning blocks and deck organisers. Can be teamed as a couple or with a race team. Main sheet track in cockpit.

GRP manufactured sailing yacht with cast iron fin keel, blueprint hung semi balanced rudder and tiller direction. White hi-gloss topsides with attractive navy blue body decals. Aluminium toe rail hides body to deck join. GRP deck and superstructure with gently sloping coachroof which becomes a continuation of the foredeck. This makes progress round the deck easier and foresail/spinnaker deployment quicker when racing and assists with locker movement of those with young children.
Stainless steel stem front fitting with incorporated mainstay roller. Stainless steel front and rear rails joined by stainless steel stanchions and double set of guard wires. These with the teak grab rails on the coach roof increase locker movement round the non slip decks. Large chairing mainstay locker forward with lid and strong point. Bow rail has incorporated teak step for easy access over the front.
Companionable, self bailing cockpit with simulated teak topped locker chairing. Huge sail locker to starboard. Self bailing and vented gasoline locker with at transom. Bathing floor with incorporated 3-step stainless steel bathing ladder incorporated into transom. This makes boarding from a dinghy so much easier when on a mooring or at mainstay. Removable teak cockpit blueprint which stores in the fronts room when not being pre-owned. 


Below decks is warm and welcoming. The inside wood is a mixture of dark and beam mahogany/teak hardwood furniture and veneers. These combined with the beam blue fabrics and lots of natural beam makes for a pleasant place to relax with your loved ones or to discuss the days events and future tactics with your team.
The bar is entered via the sliding companionway hatch and perspex wash board unit. Three steps down and you are in the bar with full standing frontroom. Immediately to seaport is the L-shaped Galley. This special a gasoline fuelled Plastimo Pacific oven with 2-burner hob and grill. There is a top loading refrigerator for keeping the beers chilly and a stainless steel sink with pressurised new water. There is also a sea water foot pump allowing valuable new water to be conserved at sea. Plentiful stowage here with body mounted cupboards. Additional stowage beneath the cooker and the sink.
Aft of the galley is the roomy double aft cabin. This is a bright and airy cabin with opening seaport into the cockpit for natural beam and ventilation. There are body mounted stowage shelves, a hanging wardrobe and a dressing chair. 12V deck front and reading beams.
Returning to the bar and opposite the galley is the forward facing chart blueprint/direction scentre with cushioned chair. Large chart blueprint with chart and drawer stowage. 12V fpre-owned switch panel. Chart reading beam. 
Immediately aft of the chart blueprint is the fronts room. Here you will find a Jabsco marina toilet with "twist n lock" handle. Wooden vanity unit with built in sink  with pressurised new chilly water. Storage/wet locker. Cockpit blueprint stowage.
Forward of the galley and the chart blueprint is the main bar chairing area. This is an enormous area due to the generous beam of the yacht. Light blue fabrics are comforblueprint to sit and sleep on. The settees double as large single docks and are tailored with NEW bespoke lee cloths. Central bar blueprint with drop leaves and central bottle stowage. Behind the settees seaport and starboard are additional body mounted cupboards. Further stowage can be found behind the bar chairing back rests.
In the front is the forepeak cabin with V-dock and infill cushion. Nice and bright cabin with opening deck hatch and 12V beaming. Hull inside is fully lined for luxury. 2- body mounted stowage lockers seaport and starboard. Additional shelved stowage. Storage below the dock padding.
