Navigation and Electrical

Anchor windlass Lofrans Tigres ( controls fore and aft )

     — windlass and thruster are supported from 2x75 amp batteries installed under the fore V birth cot
2 x 180 amp batteries for assistance
1 x 189 amp for starting engine
1 x 75 amp for VHF use
All batteries are charged from a Victron battery 80Amp with a digital controller in the wheel house
Batterie isolator from Victron 200 Amp and all voltage controllers are from Victron
Zinc saver galvanic isolator 30 amp from Promarine

Auto captain from Simard robertson AP22 with Telefax capitano water power unit. The best of its kind!!!

Plumbing

Toilets ( 2 ) are electric from Jabsco with Jabsco pumps. Holding basins ( 2 ) are 100 lt and 75 lt with true design valves and Jabsco pump and fresh pipes
 
Bilge pumps ( 2 ) are from Jabsco with alarms buzzers in the nav station
 
Fresh water pump from Jabsco sends good pressure water to galley, quantity and shower with fresh instrument
New inox water basin 700 Litters
Most through body valves are fresh
A/C from Cruise air (unpre-owned/in need of assistance)

Interior

2 compartments. One large aft with ensuite WC and apart shower. A lot of stowage.  One compartment in fore with V birth with plenty of stowage and a huge hatch above the birth
The galley is spacious with double sink and a non cymbal stove. A refigerator and freezer with fresh electronics. Gas alarm. There are two 25 lit gasoline bottles outside with drains/vents. A front/WC with sink also in the front area
The bar is big with stowage all under the sofa which can be converted to a huge cot. Also a sofa opposite the bar which accommodate the holding basins
The captain house has a very spacious direction station with good 360º views. A L shape sofa with stowage under and a desk. Can be converted to double cot.   
The all interior is in excellent quality without leaks or scratches. It has been waxed 3-4 times every year. ALL wood is mahogany and teak!
The padding are in good shape and no buttons missed.
All portholes have light proof curtains.
The large windows in captain house have blinds in good quality
All floors are refurbished with teak look expensive laminate. Few small chips are missing on the engine access boards. The floors at the aft and fore compartment are the original in good quality and covered with good quality carpet with soundproof isolation beneath
Aft compartment’s queen sized cot have a thick high memory foam mattress. Best sleep and easy to remove to access the underneath stowage
Washing machine 5kg seating in the aft front!!!!

On deck

Outside there is a mast from Selden with quality shrouds. Chain plates are reinforced with 10mm inox plates. It is a Ketch / sloop rigged.
Main sail is full battened and is furled in boom from Sailtainer.
Fore sails are both furled with Furled 300s and Hood sea furl 3250
Mizzen mast in the aft deck give stability and luxury in rough seas.
Sail needs some work
Winches are from Lewmar 2x40 2x30 and 1x Harken, all 2 velocity. All other winches are from Anderson inox
A U shape sette in aft deck with stowage.
There is a storm sail and a spinnaker both in good quality
All hatches are from Gebo without leaks and all hitches and locks works perfectly
