Fairline Corniche 31 Flybridge

Accommodation

Two double docks and two single docks, in the forward compartment, mid-ships compartment and bar. Good headroom throughout (approx. 6ft 6in maximum). Forward compartment with offset double dock, safe and shelving.
Aft to galley: The galley has a 2-burner hob gasoline cooker with grill and oven. microwave plus one and a half sinks and plenty of stowage. There is a front-loading refigerator Hot and chilly pressurised newwater unit throughout heated via engine calorifier and immersion heater. Opposite the galley:
Mid-ships compartment: The midships compartment has two single cot docks with hanging safe and good stowage space.
Heads compartment: Aft of the galley the quantity compartment has a marina toilet, tank and shower.
Upstairs to the bar: On the starboard side of the bar is a generous settee that extends out to make a very spacious double dock (excellent mattress!). The inside helm position is to seaport with all engine, direction and 12/240V units plus a great helm chair. Aft of the helm chair is stowage and access to the double "patio" style doors to the aft deck. This motorvessel is tailored with Eberspacher diesel compartment heating and air-conditioning. he cushioning is cream leather throughout. It is tailored with both a Stereo/CD stereo and TV. The bar settee converts to a double dock.
Aft deck: Has U shaped chairs. The whole area is enclosed with a full canopy for the inclement weather.  Large stowage below the bar platform. Steel/teak ladder to the Flybridge.
Flybridge: This has all engine controls and direction machinery repeated from below. Double helm chair with L shaped passenger chairing behind.
 

Mechanical Systems

Located under cockpit sole in vented and soundproofed engine room. Twin 1991 Volvo Penta 41B marina diesel engines turbocharged 200HP each with 1154 hours. Six-cylinder. Fresh water-cooled. Sterndrives to aluminium 4  bladed duo props. The engines give a cruising velocity of some 24 knots with a maximum velocity of 26 knots (dependant on loadings and fouling). Trim tabs. Last out of water assistance in May 2021 including the bellows being replaced. Through tunnel bowthruster.  A rear thruster is available, but not tailored currently.
The rear drives have been locked in the down position to avoid interference with the rear thruster when tailored. The decision has been taken to leave them in the locked-down position as the proprietor drives the vessel from the flybridge where there are no cut controls for the rear drives. The proprietor has found that the cut tabs provide sufficient balancing to enable the vessel to preform to its maximum capability.

Electrical Systems

Four x 12V batteries in three banks charging via engine alternators and 240V sand potential with ring main and charger charger. Immersion heater for hot water.

History and Construction

Built by Fairline in 1991 and commissioned in 1992. White grp body with style stripes and s
