Hull and deck mouldings are produced using a Lloyd’s approved gelcoat and laminating resin. On the body the gelcoat is a features Isophthalic resin and the outer laminates incorporate a vinylester resin and powder-bound matts. This combination provides exceptional UV, weathering and water resistance properties.
In load bearing areas the core is replaced with plywood for additional strength, and all load-bearing fittings have aluminium backing plates.
