Accommodation

Large wheelhouse which can accommodate up to 6/8 people, dedicated helm chair with full instrumentation and controls. It also has a wheelchair lift tailored in the driving position so wheelchair users can drive and manoeuvre the vessel. Small desk, chairing can be arranged to form a double cot. Full galley area with electric hob, refigerator, microwave, grill, stainless steel sink with worktop.
Wheelchair ramp to starboard. Very large deck area with bench chairing with bait desk and numerous rod holders. Access to a disabled sea toilet which is accessed from the deck area, stowage lockers. High stainless-steel handrails around gunwales for added safety.

Mechanical Systems

The Powercat 40 is potentialed via pair 2009 Iveco six-cylinder 370hp turbocharged diesel engines with only1000 hours as of August 2020, last serviced May 2022, easy access via deck hatches. Ultra-Jet 205 HT drive. Twin lever controls. Two gasoline tanks. Max approximate velocity of 24 knots with a cruising velocity of approximately 18 knots. Last out of water service May 2022. Lots of service history.

Electrical System

6 x 12-volt batteries (4 x 2019, 2 x 2022) charging from the engine alternators, 240-volt sand potential connection, Mastervolt battery, fresh inverter. 2 x Engine bay heaters when on mains potential.
