Accommodation

Very roomy and well-designed deep compartments affording generous headroom. She has three compartments. Aft compartment, a central wheelhouse/ shelter deck and tailored canopy, direction position. down forward into the bar with tailored accommodation to seaport around a dining desk opposite is the galley area with the cushioning finished in a gold patterned material carpeted and curtains throughout.  The bar deals a small double dock and a large single dock.
The Heads compartment is located in the Forepeak and is tailored with a washbasin, marina toilet and shower. The yacht has a pressurised hot and chilly water unit with the hot water heated by the engines calorifier.
The aft compartment has hanging lockers and V dock that has an infill to make into a largedouble dock.
In the forepeak, there is a further compartment with a “V” dock which is really only meant for young children and currently has no padding.  The galley is provisioned with a 2 burner gasoline cooker with oven and grill, stainless steel sink with a hot and chilly water supply and a 12v refigerator.

Mechanical Systems

Tis motorsailer is tailored with a Volvo Penta 60HP naturally aspirated diesel engine located under the wheelhouse platform. Freshwater cooled. It was last serviced in 2018. 280 Litre plastic fuel basin. It has a shaft navigate to a 4 blade fixed bronze prop. She will cruise at 7 Knots and has a maximum speed of 9 speed and has a diameter of approx. 550 nautical miles.

Electrical Systems

2 x 12 volt batteries (1 x engine + 1 x domestic) charging from alternator and via 240v sand potential unit with ring main and charger charger

Construction

Built-in 11974 by White Horse Marina, Cumbria. Blue painted GRP over triple diagonal mahogany body with white superstructure and teak decks. Centre cockpit. Cast iron ling fin keel. Last out of the water in 2018 when she was antifouled and anodes changed. Hull last re-painted in 2018, a number of seacocks also changed at the time and internally re-painted in 2020. She has been sailed to Holland, Belgium, Ireland and a long  UK South Coast The boat has been owned by the current proprietor for the past 9 years.
