Good condition, well cared for and used regularly Speranza has many new parts and improvements installed oiver the last 2 years, unfortunately I need a slightly larger boat. Register in the UK with VAT paid up, the boat is currently in Italy (a short drive from Pisa airport with cheap flights!). I have installed new autopilot (Raymarine EV400 with type 2 ram) this year, new Lofrans Kobra windlass plus new chain (85m of 10mm), new Rocna anchor and new bow roller also this year plus remote control and chain coiunter so the anchor can be raised and lowered from the helm/cockpit. In June 2021 the antifouling was done aloing with replacement of all under water level through hulls, new bilge pump, new batteries (AGM, total of 380 AH on house, 90 AH on engine and 85AH dedicated for the windlass with a new Victron DC-DC charger, new Victron 12/800 Phoenix inverter, new VHF radio with GPS, new smoke & CO2 alarms, new fire extinguishers and much more.In 2022 I have gone over the motor with new injectors, new fuel tank, new fill neck and deck fitting, serviced the cooling system with cleaned and tested heat exchangers, rebuilt the injection pump, installed a new water heater for the bathrooms (electric and engine heat exchange), a cockpit shower, new toilets (electric) and replaced deck, navigation and internal lighting with LEDs. Also a new depth gauge is fitted. A new Victron 3 outpout battery charger has been installed in August 2022.The boat comes with a main sail, genoa, older 2nd genoa, storm jib and spinnaker (with pole).Speranza has teak decks which are old but still serviceable.The hull has no Osmosis and is in 98% very good condition. The 2% remaining is some minoir scuffing from the dock last winter in a storm.Rigging is being checked and re-tensioned this month (November)Speranza is a very presentable yacht with good sailing manners, a reliable motor and well set up for single handed sailing or family vacationsInternally Speranza is as per the original layout with a forward cabin (either set up as a double or 2 single beds) with forward head, a rear double cabin and rear head, central saloon and galley. Behind the navigation table is a pilot berth. Both side divans in the saloon has lee cloths for use as private berths. The only modifications internally are some professionally built side cabinets with the 41 had two additional pilot berths - these give lots more storage space than two berths that never get used, plus I have moved a door from the front cabin to the bulhead behind the mast making the cabin slightly larger and effectively turning the forward head into an en-suite.Tender and outboard are not included with the sale.
