The Grand Soleil 80 Custom 1st hull and deck will be made completely in carbon fiber and will be dedicated to the racing world, yet with a comfort of a cruiser. This project of Cantiere del Pardo was designed and promoted to give a sense of continuity to the Grand Soleil owners, and not only, which are looking for bigger boats than the ones currently produced by the yard. The Grand Soleil 80 Performance also marks the entrance of Cantiere del Pardo into a new market of maxi yachts, so far limited to great international shipbuilders. The first body signed is the GS 80 Custom constructed in collaboration with the Italian naval architect Giovanni Ceccarelli and will be launched in June 2018. The 1st body and deck will be made completely in carbon fiber and will be dedicated to the racing world, yet with a luxury of a cruiser.
A original production of this kind brought Cantiere del Pardo to open a original shipyard in Fano and will mainly provide small series of semi custom production, using by request different materials for the body and deck, starting from carbon fiber up to fiber glass, while the interiors will be completely customized by the request of the owners.
