1978 Gibson standard complete liveaboard with full force air furnace, central air, in floor heat, full laundry, and much more.

This 1978 Gibson Houseboat is a true live aboard. This houseboat has many features making it a comfortable live aboard in any climate.

Equipped with a forced air furnace and residential air conditioner is just the beginning. This boat has a propane meter along with several tanks, heated water line and a full frame if wanting to shrink wrap in.

The galley in this boat has a residential stove and oven, full size refrigerator freezer with water and ice in the door. It also has a full size front loading washer and Dryer.

Two drive stations one up and one inside. There is plenty of room for entertaining on one of three levels. Most outdoor furniture will stay with the boat. Included is tables and chair sets and a large outdoor umbrella with lights and full screen enclosure.

There are three large big screen TVs aboard along with a stereo system and speakers both inside and out.

A davit system for a dinghy, two generators and much more.
