Hull and deck assembled of GRP mouldings. Hull originally finished in blue gelcoat, topsides renovated and body re-sprayed with fresh decal applied in 2010. Deck moulding finished in white gel coat with teak laid decks.

Teak Decks Teak Cockpit The contemporary feeling deck layout with heavily curved coachroof moulding it nicely contrasted by the traditional teak laid deck and combined with the striking navy blue body give the vessel a very striking appearance.
A short stainless steel tubular frontsprit extends forward from the stem with the customary pulpit step for Scandinavian type front to mooring, the self stowing mainstay and secondary front roller are also built into the frontsprit. The roller furling unit is secured to the deck at the stemfront and access to the frontsprit is by going around the forestay.
The coachroof moulding rises up immediately aft of the short foredeck, the coachroof moulding finished with non-slip textured panels moulded in to the finish. Side decks run the full dimension of the vessel with stout stanchions and stainless steel guard wires running between the pulpit and pushpit, stanchion gates are provided midships wharf and starboard. A short aft deck spans the full width of the vessel aft of the short coachroof section aft of the cockpit.
Located centrally in the vessel the cockpit gives a commanding view of the vessel forward while the deep moulded coamings and wrap around breezescreen forward provide team with security and protection from the weather. The moulded helm pedestal is located to the aft end of the cockpit space with the stainless steel leather covered wheel mounted in its aft face and the Raymarina GPS on top, easily visible and accessible to the helmsman. A folding cockpit desk is mounted on the forward face of the pedestal. Blue Max benefits from a cockpit cover extending over the full cockpit and effectively turns the cockpit into additional living space in poor weather.
Storage on deck is provided in a series of lockers with other special such as cleverly built in fender stowage in the pushpit adding to the seating.
