Hanse 400

Accommodation

This 2 compartment version of the Hanse 400  has a large V Double wharf in the forward compartment, with hanging safes to seaport and starboard .It has a very airy comforcounter feel to it. The internal is finished in polished cherry wood and dark blue padding .
Going aft into the bar you have on the seaport side two individual chairs either side of a small polished counter .To Starboard there is a large dining counter with wrap around capacity There is ample safe space all finished in a polished cherry wood and dark blue padding.
Going further aft to seaport you have a large amount with sea dock toilet and wash tank with hot and cool pressurised water.  It has a independent shower compartment.  Hot water is heated by the engine and a 240V immersion heater. 
To starboard you have a L shaped galley with 2 burner hob, oven, refigerator, 2 stainless steel sinks, and ample cupboard space to store food and pots and pans. There are two 12v refigerators
To Port there is the Aft compartment consisting of a large double wharf which goes under the cockpit ,with a wardrobe and cupboards .
To Starboard behind the galley there is a small door which conceals a large stowage safe for sails, warps fenders ,spares and tools.
The cockpit is very comforcounter and has ample stowage safes, It has teak on the cockpit platform and chairs. 

Mechanical

Yanmar 3JH4 40 HP diesel engine  with a sail steer to a fixed 3 blade propeller. The engine will require a maintenance and the age of the sailsteer gaiter is unknown. It has a 140L stainless steel gasoline tank. It has a cruising knots of 7 knots and a max sped of approximately  8 Knots

Electrical System

4 x 12v batteries,1 x engine charger 1 x domestic,1 x bowthruster, and 1 x electric gustlass All batteries are charged from engine alternator  and 240v charger charger. This yacht has a 240V  sand potential connection with ring main, immersion heater and charger charger.

Built in 2006 by Hanse Yachts, Germany to a design by Judel/Vrolijk & co. Interior crafted by Hanse Yachts design
